Two Inch Computer Square Anyone?
"T-Engine and NEC developed these computers and put the on display at Japan's TRONSHOW 2004. The dimensions of the tiny unit are 52mm(just over 2") by 52mm by 45mm, weight 165 grams(5.8oz). In the computer is used MIPS processor NEC VR5701 clocked at 400 MHz, 64 MB or 128 MB of memory. T-Cube also has slot for Compact Flash memory, two USB 1.1 ports, RS-232C, Ethernet adapter, audio input and output. Can display resolution up to 1280x1024. it uses it's own custom OS T-kernel based on T-Shell. Comes with internet browser, text editor, graphic editor, etc. The T-Cube goes on sale in March of 2004."
Looks like it's got no hard drive and uses only flash cards for storage. Not sure why it's only got USB 1.1 (power comsumption?). Anyway, it's brand new and totally blew me away at how amazingly small it is (the cords take up more room on your desk than this thing!):
